Rosalea continued to build upon the Santa Fe Style that is the Pink Adobe by adding a private apartment above the main restaurant in 1982.  Overlooking the historic San Miguel Mission with a great view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the apartment has become a favorite dining spot at the Pink Adobe.

Rosalea decorated the apartment true to the Pink Adobe atmosphere with bancos, vigas, a fireplace and her artwork.  For years she would host private parties for her many Santa Fe friends and those who would visit from all parts of the world.

Today Pink Adobe patrons can enjoy the special atmosphere of the apartment by hosting a private party, wedding rehearsal dinner or business dinner.  Whether your occasion calls for an impressive, formal Santa Fe setting, or a more casual atmosphere, we can design the perfect menu for you.

The Pink's unique dine-in wine cellar is also a favorite for private parties or romantic dinners. (Maximum of 12 people in each room.)

Guests may also reserve any of the restaurant’s main dining rooms depending on the event, date and size of the party.
